Presenting A Fun Line Dancing Workshop …
The Logan Village Community Centre held a third workshop in their Activating Seniors program on Thursday 24th November. This time it was line dancing! The presenter was Lesley Butler, a lady in her eighties who has not let age slow her down. Lesley says she is not a teacher, but she missed line dancing after it stopped being offered locally. So, she generously offered to lead the workshop so others could have the fun of learning it. There were many enthusiastic dancers including Mary from Logan Village. Mary is about to start a second round of chemotherapy but was determined to get out and be active. We wish Mary all the best for her treatment.
