Hip Hip Hooray! This year Yarrabilba celebrates our 10th birthday as a community and Lendlease want everyone to be part of the festivities!
What an impressive milestone. In a decade, Yarrabilba has transformed into a vibrant, welcoming and connected community residents are proud to call home.
Launched in 2012 as a priority development area for the fast-growing Logan corridor, Yarrabilba is already a thriving, modern township with four schools, two childcare centres, health services, a Coles supermarket, restaurants, cafes, sports fields, and employment hubs.
The fifth school, a state primary school, is to be located in Yarrabilba’s latest neighbourhood, The Parks, and will be open to students in 2023.
As Australia’s fourth fastest selling project over the past 10 years, more than 1,000 people move to Yarrabilba each year! Innovation and sustainability have always been at the heart of everything Lendlease does, as Yarrabilba continues to flourish for many generations to come.
To celebrate Yarrabilba’s 10 Year birthday, Lendlease will be highlighting big community achievements, speaking with passionate residents, and giving you front row seats to the party of the year!!

Join the community at McKinnon Sports Fields to celebrate with free entertainment, sideshow rides, animal farm, face painters, fireworks, and more! Bring a picnic or purchase some delicious eats from a range of food trucks. Celebrating 10 Years!
