Logan Village Lions Club
The extended Lions Covid year came to a close at our “Change Over” Dinner held in the Hall on the 14 November. Lion John has done a fantastic job keeping the Club relevant and viable during a difficult 18 months. Incoming President Lion Wayne Freeland is excited to carry on the good work and has already set up some exciting projects.
We are delivering an electric hospital bed to a patient in Ballina. The bed was donated by the Lions of the Apple Mac Club to the Lions Club of Ballina. Our club is providing muscle and vehicles to get it from here to there.
Our Golf Day has been run and won and we will have a story and pictures for the next edition. Lions XMAS cakes and Puddings are available, and we have a number of catering tasks to round off 2020. Tickets are available for the Monster Xmas Raffle – to be drawn on the 19 December.
