Starting a few months ago, we had the privilege to meet with so many families in Yarrabilba who were doing it tough. Some families were facing domestic violence while others had lost jobs, sustained injuries, going through financial hardship, we met children who lost a parent and some were even homeless.
We asked their children to complete a letter to Santa, telling him what their wishes were for Christmas and invited them to attend our Community Christmas Party where we could love on them and bless their families with no strings attached. We gave away over $18,500 worth of presents and food!

After these letters were delivered to the North Pole, we held our party where each family had the opportunity to have some fun and meet with Santa. Each child received their personalised gifts – from new school shoes and bags, Lego sets, toy boxes, books, and clothing to bikes, scooters, and so much more! We even surprised the parents/carers with a food hamper to take home to make their Christmas season a little easier!

It was such an amazing day where we could shine and demonstrate the love of Jesus by our actions.
We would especially like to thank our amazing team and also 5FOLD who partnered with us this year – you are valued and appreciated! Thank you for your hard work to bless our community.
We hope and pray our community has a wonderful, safe and prosperous 2021.
