Village Rockers Inc. Hold Their AGM
Although all dance activities have been suspended due to Covid restrictions, 48 members of Village Rockers Inc. gathered on the Village Green on Saturday 11 July for their Annual General Meeting, which had to be postponed from March. Everyone was careful to maintain social distancing, whilst still greeting old friends and dance buddies, agreeing that their regular dance activities were sorely missed! Kay and John Covey, who are beginner dance teachers have been actively working however to upload teaching videos to the group’s website. These can be accessed on www.villagerockersinc.org.au
All committee positions were filled, with two positions having two nominees, thus showing the commitment and enthusiasm of members wanting to be involved to support the club.
