Although submission of ad or article content is preferred as early as possible before the deadline, all content for ads and articles must be submitted by the relevant monthly day as specified on Deadlines Chart to allow for provision of time for creation of ad artwork and/or article content, with written approval for ad/article (via email) received promptly thereafter or the ad/article may not be placed.
No further corrections, alterations, additions, inclusions, etc. can be made after this time and this is acknowledged by the submitter at the time of submission.
Any requests for further corrections, alterations, additions inclusions, etc. after this time are wholly up to the discretion of the editor due to time and space constraints.
All content submitters agree to these terms, and whilst every care is taken with the content, copy and advertisements,

YARRABILBA BULLETIN EDITORIAL GUIDELINES

Sources are checked for all editorial articles and images. Most of the images within the Yarrabilba Bulletin publication are taken by Town Cryer Media. Sources for images and editorial supplied from content providers are checked. Royalty-free sites for images are preferred and are regularly utilised. References for research of the History articles are provided on the website. The Editor makes note that the reliability and credibility of material provided throughout the newspapers are carefully checked to the best of their abilities, subject to quality of the information provided.

YARRABILBA BULLETIN COMPLAINT HANDLING POLICY

Any complaints should be directed towards the Editor who will handle each one on a case by case basis to ensure the complainant’s issues are dealt with swiftly and with the goal of a satisfactory outcome to be achieved for all parties involved. It is of the utmost importance therefore to ensure any complaint is dealt with in a fair and reasonable way.
